One's Aura has the potential to reveal volumes about us.

  • How is your physical aura and appearance?

    If you are not comfortable with your appearance take action to improve it. Only you can do it for you.

    Taking pride in the way you look is not vanity or conceit. Now we all have days where we don't look our best. That's understandable. However, if this becomes a regular, daily occurrence then you may need to consider making some physical changes.

    When you carry a pleasant physical appearance, there is a good feeling that goes along with it. You carry a better self-image and it does something to boost your self-esteem. Whether you want to accept it or it, appearance does count.

    The way you carry yourself says a lot about you. No matter your color, class, status, or race, your physical appearance and presentation reveals enormous amounts of information about you.

  • How do you want to be perceived?

  • Are you polished in your demeanor?

  • Do you scream/intimidate/bully to get your way?

    Keep yourself updated. Present an aura you want to be perceived as. Do you carry yourself in the manner you want to be perceived? Do you dress the way you want to be perceived?     Here are a few life coaching tips to maintain a pleasant physical appearance.

  • Lose the excess weight if this bothers you. Gain some weight if you feel too skinny.

  • Wash and style your hair neatly.

  • Wear clothing that represents you, how you want to be perceived.

  • Trim your finger nails, don’t bite them.

  • Wear deodorant. No one wants to be around someone smelly.

  • If your teeth bothers you, see the dentist.

  • Remember to smile. This can open many doors for you.

  • Carry a pleasant attitude. Be nice!

  • Avoid the screaming. You don't need to scream to get things done.

  • Be humble. No one enjoys being around arrogant people.

  • Be respectful. When you are respectful, you will be respected in return.

    Taking these small steps to improve your aura and appearance will also enhance the way you feel about yourself.
